When you agree to receive our Travel List service, you confirm that you want us to contact you with the requested information. Please note that we provide a customised report based on the details you’ve submitted, including reference links for accommodations, activities, and other relevant services. However, it is possible that some of these links may become unavailable or that the referenced properties or activities may become fully booked after the list has been delivered. We aim to deliver your list as promptly as possible to give you the best chance to secure bookings, but Tripialist cannot be held responsible for changes in availability, as we are only paid to research and share information available at the time the list is created.

Refund & Change Policy

Once the customised Travel List has been completed and sent, refunds cannot be requested. However, you may request changes to your list within 24 hours after the purchase. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that all changes can be implemented. To request a change, please email us at [email protected] within the 24-hour window.
